Another good yielding flat which I have located in Plymstock via Fulfords. The property is located in Oreston which is very popular with a good school. The property being a 4 bedroom property will rent for a minimum of £775 a month.
This would make the yield 7.15% based on a purchase price of £130,000. Also following from my post last week on Plymstock prices on average have increased by £211 a week in the last week so capital growth and a decent yield is the Holy Grail of property investing.
