I noticed this property being marketed by Plymouth Homes in Farm Lane Honicknowle. The Property is a 3 bedroom mid terrace property being marketed for £100,000.

The property requires some upgrading to make it a suitable property for renting out. It also requires Gas Central Heating. Once the work has been completed the property should rent for £650 a month. This would give a yield of £7.8% based on the purchase price.
