This house could be a good option. It’s a 2 bed house, in need of TLC. It should rent out pretty quick once work has been completed on the property. Lang Town & Country have got it on the market with a price of £95,000. Similar properties to this have rented in the area for around £600 PCM. Which when you do your calculations, could generate you a potential annual yield of 6.5%.
