Another property has jumped out at me today which came on the market with Fox and Sons. The property is being marketed for £90,000 and has 3 bedrooms and 2 receptions.

From the photos and description the property will require a full refurbishment!! For a property this size I would maybe expect to pay between 15 to 20K depending on the finish that you would like. The property still represents good value, as once finished should be valued in the region of £120,000 maybe £125,000 depending on the finish.

Once complete the property will rent for £650 a month, based on purchase price this is a 8.6% yield.
