I have been spending a little time on Rightmove and Zoopla seeing what has come on to the market in the last week and have come across this flat.
This flat could be a good option. It’s a 2 bed flat, in good condition, perfectly fine for letting out. It should rent out pretty quick still. Falcon have got it on the market with a Guide price of £70,000 to £80,000. Similar properties to this have rented in the area for around £550 pcm. Which when you do your calculations, could generate you a potential annual yield of 9.1%.
