I noticed this property has just come to the market with City Sales.


The property has an asking price of £139,950. From the photos the property does need some updating, with a new Kitchen, Bathroom, Decorating, New Carpets etc. The property already benefits from Gas Central Heating, and Double Glazing. If interested it would also be worth getting the electrics checked.

Once the property has had some TLC, a 4 bed in this area should rent for at least £800 PCM, you may well achieve £850PCM depending on the finish of the property. Using the £800 figure, this would give the property a yield of 6.9% based on the asking price.
