This 3 bed semi detached property has just come on the market with Fox and Sons for offers over £140,000.


The property is a 3 bedroom semi detached property in possibly the best street in Plymouth., well it was named after me. The property could do with some work. The lovely carpets, kitchen, bathroom all need modernisation, the property would also benefit from a new central heating system to be installed.

Once the work has been completed I would expect the property to rent out for £750 a month, maybe slightly more depending on the finish. I would maybe budget for between £15,000 to £20,000 for the works. The property will also be worth a little more in the region of £165,000 to £170,000 once compete, so if you can get the property for the right price then this will be a good little investment.

Remember you make your money when you buy not when you sell.
