The property is being marketed with an asking price of £125,000. The property is a very good size and is laid out over 2 floors. I believe that is currently rented out possible as a small HMO with 4 bedrooms.

The property would require some work to bring it up to a good standard for the rental market. However I feel that it would be a great investment property with the possibility to make this a 5 bedroom flat.

If the flat could be re-configured as a 5 bedroom property and let to 5 students you could possible expect rental income of approx. £19,000 a year. This would give a gross yield of 15.4%.
