I have seen this lovely 2 bed property which has just come on the market with nova homes. The property is located on  Old Laira Road is fairly modern and is on the market for £114,950.

The property will rent out for £575 a month would give a yield of 6%. The other interesting thing is that in the past 3 months prices in PL3, have increased by 2.93%. This should mean that anyone who buys this property will benefit from a decent yield and capital growth.
