I am a big fan of properties in Keyham, they rent out very quickly and also appear to sell fairly quickly to first time buyers and investors.

The property is 2 up 2 down property and from the photos looks very well presented with little work to do. The front of the property looks like it is due a lick of paint. The property should rent for £600 a month. On the lower end of the guide price this gives a yield of 6.5%.

A steady property with a decent yield and the prospect of good capital growth.
