I have come across this 3 Bedroom semi detached property in Plymstock on Pomphlett Road. The property I being marketed by Connells at a price of offer over £140,000. I think this is very good price for a property in this area.

From the photos the property looks in decent condition with a modern kitchen and bathroom. The garden is a good size and decoration of the property looks fine for a rental property. A 3 bedroom property like this should rent for £750 a month. This gives the property a yield of 6.4%.

Also Plymstock has seen great capital growth over the last 12 months. Prices in this street have risen by 9.26% in the last year.
