As
you know I spend a lot of time looking through Rightmove and Zoopla, (probably too much
time) trying to pick out the best options for buy to let properties. The reason
I do this is because it can be a bit of a minefield out there and I want to
make sure that our landlords going into buy to let, are doing it with their
eyes wide open.
This property could be a
good option. It's a 3 bed semi detached property, in good condition, perfectly fine
for letting out. It should rent out pretty quick still. Hinehead have got it on the market for
£120,000. Similar properties to this have rented in the area
for around £650 pcm. Which when you do your calculations, could generate you a
potential annual yield of 6.5%.
