Another property has caught my eye as a great little BTL Investment property.

The property is a 3 bed terraced property, in poor condition, from the photos it appears to be repossession. Once work has been completed the property will let out fairly quick in this area. Mansbridge and Balment have got it on the market for £87,000. I would expect once the property has been renovated you could expect to get around £675PCM, maybe even £700 if the finish is good. Which when you do your calculations, could generate you a potential annual yield of 8.9% based on the purchase price.
