I have seen the following property just pop onto the market in the last few days.  A two bedroom end terrace property in Wye Gardens, Deer Park. The property is being marketed by Plymouth Homes from their Mannamead branch.

The property from the photos looks to be presented to a very high standard. The property is marketed at £114,950. I believe that the rental income on this property would be in the region of £600 a month. this gives a rental yield of 6.3% based on the purchase price. Price in the area of this property have also increased by 6.64% in the past 12 months.

I don't expect this one to stay around for long.
