I have come across this 3 Bedroom maisonette in Whitleigh. It has been on the market for a little while and has just been reduced. The property is being marketed by Nova Homes.

The property is currently on the market for £83,500. The rent you would achieve would be £600 a month. This gives you a great yield of 8.6%. Again ex LA flats are not everyone cup of tea but as part of a balanced portfolio they have there place.
