I have come across this little Jem in my one of my Favourite areas of Plymstock. The property is being marketed by Julian Marks at Plymstock. I would suggest that it is a repossession.

The property is being marketed for £145,000. Now for a 3 bedroom detached property in Plymstock this is very good value. The property with a little TLC should rent out for £800PCM. This would give a yield of 6.6%. The property would also benefit from great capital growth that we have seen in Plymstock. Over the last year prices have risen by £221 a week.

I doubt this one will stay on the market long.
