Yes again I have been surfing Zoopla and Rightmove to see if I can find any investment gems in Plymouth and come across this property.

This flat could be a good option. It’s a 2 bed flat, looks in good condition. It should rent out to LHA/DSS tenants.. Haart have got it on the market with a Guide price of offers over £50,000. The LHA rate for a 2 bedroom property is £535 a month so you should not get less then this. Which when you do your calculations, could generate you a potential annual yield of 12.8% if you can purchase the property for £50,000.
