I have come across this flat for Sale and think it could make an interesting investment for any BTL Investor.

The flat is being marketed with Bradleys with a Guide price of £90,000. On looking at the floor plan the flat is 3 bedrooms with 2 receptions rooms. This flat could be a 4 bedroom property. Also the flat looks in pretty good condition from the photos.

If the flat was let to DSS tenants who had an entitlement to the 4 bedroom LHA rate you would achieve a rent of £790 a month. This would give a yield of 10.5%. Not everyone's cup of tea, but this flat does offer a good return.
