I have come across the following property on my latest Rightmove search.

This property looks to be very good value. It's a 2 bed flat, in ok condition, may need some TLC in order to get it in a condition to rent out. Lang Town & Country have got it on the market for £84,950. We have rented out similar properties to this in the area for around £600 pcm. The flats benefits from two Double bedrooms which opens the flat up to friends sharing the property.  The property when let at £600pcm will generate a yield of 8.5%.
